Near Chattanooga, Tennessee is a site formerly known as the Volunteer Army Ammunitions Plant.  This plant manufactured upwards of 30,000,000 pounds of trinitrotoluene--commonly known as TNT--per month.  Standard Sun with it's partners built a power plant that feeds up to 14% of Volkswagen's Leed platinum certified assembly plant...with no munitions found!
